Maddie's Dance
Here is Maddie and her class. I only got about 30 seconds of it. The new batteries on the camera died. I do have the whole thing on my video camera.
Dance Recital
This is how we started the Dance Recital. Maddie was out cold. She woke up when the room got a little more crowded, refreshed and ready to go.

Zoo
We made our first trip to the zoo for 
summer. The girls got to feed a giraffe. That was pretty neat. I never feed one, maybe next time. We were there for almost 7 hours. We saw all the animals and played at the water pad. Ben slept thru most of it. He did put his feet in the water.

Katie Graduates!
Katie graduated from Kindergarten on Friday! Hooray:)Friday, was Katie's last day of school. It was a happy and amazing day. She has learned so much. I am so proud of her. She did a great job at graduation. She had two different lines. One was "A Y says "A" as in pray. My word is day. The other line was verse John 1:12. After the graduation there was a little party. The kids had their star of the week posters on display. Mrs. Stefanik also made a scrapbook for each kid of all the things they did during the school year. I can't believe that she will be in 1st grade in the fall.

Maddie's Last Day of School!
Thursday was Maddie's last day of school. She loved going to school everyday. Maddie made some great friends. Her boyfriend was Cole. She says she likes him and wants to marry him. Her teacher Mrs. Leichty was great. There were only 6 kids in her class. Her favorite thing to do at school was eat snack. Maddie will be in K4 in Aug.

Swimming!
Katie and Maddie had swim lessons last week. The went for eight days for 45 minutes. Katie loved it, Maddie was not all that happy about it. The learned how to freestyle, the back stroke, rescue each other, jump in, breath under water and jump off the diving board. All in all they both had a great time. Maddie even played chase with her teacher. Can't wait for the pool this summer!
