Disney Day 6

Day 6 of our trip was spent at Epcot. Ben was still under the weather but better then before. Maddie got to see Marie, her favorite character.

Ben liked the car display.

We ate dinner at a Japanese Steakhouse. The girls loved the volcano of stream. Ben slept thru most of it. After dinner the girls went to get a pearl. They both measured 7.5.

This picture was taken in Italy. We took a picture there 3 1/2 yrs ago. Ben was still feeling under the weather. We were being spoiled by the weather in FL. The temps were around 70, no rain.
We closed the parks almost every night. The kiddos slept late everyday. Maddie was hoping to meet Jessie but the line was crazy. Katie wanted to meet the girl from Tangled but the wait was over an hour. On the whole the lines for the rides were short.

Final Day at Disney

Our final day in Disney came too quick. The weather was great. We were not looking forward to going back to Indy and all the ice that was waiting for us. We had breakfast with Chef Mickey. Our day was spent in Magic Kingdom. We made our last visit to Toontown. It will look all different the next time we visit. We rode the train. Tony and the girls when to Tom Sawyer Island. Ben slept a lot. The plane ride home was not too bad. Ben watched a movie and the girls colored. When we got to Indy it was cold and icy. Thank goodness for the limo. It was the best money spent. All in all it was a great trip. The girls are already starting to save their money for next time. There will be a new section in Spring of 2013 or sooner.

Ben is two!

Where has the time gone? This afternoon we will be celebrating Baby Ben's 2nd Birthday. He really is not a baby anymore. He acts so grown up sometimes. His new thing is putting the DVDs and VHS tapes in the machine. He also loves to dump all the board games on the floor ad mix all the pieces together. One of his favorite things to do is bring a chair to the island and help with what I am doing or to get himself a snack. It drives me crazy. Ben loves to cuddle and give high 5s. He loves to give his special smile face. He can do so many thing but talking is not one of them. I know he will in due time. I am getting his 2 year pictures later next week. Lets hope that goes well.

Happy Birthday Tony!

Today is Tony's Bday! We are having his favorite dish, steak, potatoes and mushroom gravy. And of course brownies for dessert.

Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!!!!

We want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year! With the craziness of life I haven't gotten my x-mas cards done yet. I think they are now New Year's cards, maybe even Valentine's. (HAHAHA) I wish I could do it today, but I have 5 calendar, 5 hand print frames, 4 picture frames, fudge, rice krispies, gift wrapping, 2 scarves, cleaning and whatever else comes my way. I also want to take the kids to the Children's Museum. I know I am crazy!

X-mas Fun!!!

On Sunday we went to the Eiteljorg Museum for their Train exhibit. Tony's work sponsored it. They made the landscape our of bark and wood. The details were great. After that were headed to the Indy Zoo for their X-mas lights. They did a really good job. The kids had more fun playing in the snow then looking at lights.

Maadie's Dance Recital!

Maddie was sooo cute at her dance recital on Friday. She danced to I'm a Little Eskimo.

1st Snow of 2010!

This morning was our 1st sticking snow. The kids couldn't get enough of it. Ben loves playing in it. His hands were glowing red because he didn't want his gloves on. Once we got to the bus stop he changed his mind. Katie got on the bus and Maddie and Ben come in for some hot chocolate. I had some more real cute pictures of Ben but they won't load:(
