What a busy Week!
This week has been a busy one. The girls had their 1st dentist appointment. Katie has some cavities. We need to floss daily and use a fluoride paste. She has to go back for the cavities. I am not looking forward to that. Wish us luck! I forgot the camera and my cell phone was dead so I didn't get any pictures. I had to take the car in to get too many things fixed. I had a doctor and a dentist appointment. The baby is doing great. The heartbeat is 140. I have been feeling a lot of movement. We went to the park and hung out with Trista and Ella. The girls had their second dance class. They are both loving it! I had a Room Mom meeting. I had MOPS on Monday night and again on Friday morning. I just love MOPS! I just wish they meet on different weeks. This weekend we are cleaning and Tony is working in the crawl space. We have a evening play date next week and breakfast club the next week.
Next week is looking a little more relaxed:)

Katie's Dance Class!
Katie started her second year of Ballet/Tap. Her shoes were too small so we had to buy new ones. Her leotard is also too small. She has grow 4inches since last year. She was happy to to be back in class. Maddie goes at 11am and Katie goes at 12:30. We eat a picnic lunch in the waiting room. Next time I need to bring the DVD player because it is a long wait. Katie couldn't do the 11:30 because she is just getting out of school.
Maddie's 1st Ballet and Tap Class!
Maddie was so excited to go to dance class. She wore her leotard to the class and work not take it off. Her ballet shoes fit but her tap shoes were like Cinderella's Step Sister. We have to order the bigger size. While the teacher talked she sat up perfectly straight. She followed all the directions and had a great time.

Labor Day Weekend!
Katie is learning how to sew. She made two pillows, one a rectangle and the other a circle. She made one for her and one for Maddie. She was even finished by doing the hand stitch.
Maddie got a Cabbage Patch Doll from a friend of ours. It licks ice cream. She named her Maddie Rose.
We entered a Golf Cart Parade and took 3rd Place. There were seven carts total. Ours was decorated Hawaiian. It was a good time!

Thanks Daddy!
Lately, when Maddie is mad she loves to say, "God Dammit!" Yesterday we are out for lunch at a small corner restuarant. Maddie and Katie wanted a gumball. Maddie puts her quarter in and out comes a yellow one. She wanted a red one. Loudly she says, "God Dammit! I wanted the red one, put it back." This is the fourth time she has said it. Daddy has a habit of yelling that when he is mad, or if something goes wrong. Now, I am working on Maddie not saying it. What a treat for me!
Shots, Shots, Shots!
Yesterday was a hard day for the girls and I. I took Katie for her 5 year check-up and she needed 4 shots. She got 1 in the arm, 2 in one leg and then 1 in the other leg. There was crying, screaming and a tantrum. Her last shots were not that bad! Maddie had to get 3 shots, 2 in one leg and 1 in the other. She cried and screamed "Mommy" a million times. She said she is never going to the doctor again. The nurse gave them 3 stickers, 2 suckers and a pencil. I bought them ice cream. The night was long and cranky. Katie wake up with sore legs and Maddie had a fever of 101'. She is all better now. Katie doesn't have to get shot till she is 11 yrs old. Maddie has to get shots when she goes to Kindergarten. There will be no flu shots this year because neither of them will go near the doctor office. I hope the dentist goes better on the 9th!
They are both healthy. They are both tall for their age. Hopefully we won't see the doctor till next year. I can't handle all the screaming and whining! I am not looking forward to all the baby shots that will be coming next year:(
